Effective 31 August 2026
Website & sales terms
These terms govern the FastSaaS Starter product website and public demos. Checkout terms and the commercial software licence also apply to a purchase.
Operator and contact
FastSaaS Starter is operated by DRJS Software & Consulting Ltd. Current company information is maintained at drjs-ltd.com/legal and questions or formal notices can be initiated through the DRJS contact route.
Using the website
You may browse the website and use public demonstrations for lawful personal or business evaluation. You must not bypass security, gain unauthorised access, disrupt service, upload malware, infringe another person's rights, scrape at a harmful rate or use the sites for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity.
Public demonstrations
Demos are illustrative previews, not production customer services. Accounts, records, uploads and outputs may be reviewed for administration, reset or deleted without notice. Do not use a demo as a system of record or enter personal, confidential, regulated or production information.
Calculations, simulations, model results and workflow states must be independently checked. The demo disclaimer forms part of these terms.
Product description and technical requirements
The product page and checkout identify the purchased edition, variant, price, delivery method and included update or support period. The Starter is editable source code and documentation intended for developers familiar with Python, TypeScript, Docker, databases and deployment. The buyer is responsible for suitable hardware, third-party accounts, hosting, configuration, testing, security and product-specific compliance.
Orders, payment and delivery
Checkout provider / merchant of record: to be confirmed. Online checkout is not currently active. Before paid ordering opens, this page and the checkout will identify the appointed provider, its legal role, its buyer terms, and responsibility for payment, tax, receipts, cancellations and refunds. The Supplier's commercial licence governs use of the delivered software.
Once checkout is enabled, digital files and any licence key will be delivered using the method shown at checkout or in the receipt. The checkout must obtain any acknowledgement required before immediate digital delivery. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction or refund rights.
Licence variants
The Individual, Team and Agency grants, developer limits, client-delivery rights and restrictions are set out in the FastSaaS Starter Commercial Licence. Buying the Starter does not permit resale or publication of the boilerplate itself.
Updates and support
A purchase includes only the update, repository-access and support period stated on the product page or order confirmation. Support does not include building, auditing or operating the buyer's product unless agreed separately in writing.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website, branding, demonstrations, original documentation and Starter code are owned by or licensed to DRJS Software & Consulting Ltd. Third-party names and components remain the property of their owners and are governed by their own licences.
Availability and liability
Reasonable care is taken with the website and delivered files, but uninterrupted access and freedom from every defect cannot be guaranteed. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that and mandatory consumer rights, DRJS is not responsible under these website terms for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, demo-data deletion, reliance on illustrative outputs, external services or events outside reasonable control.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while preserving mandatory consumer protection in a consumer's country of residence. Material changes apply prospectively and the effective date identifies the current version.
