Privacy notice
This notice explains how DRJS Software & Consulting Ltd handles personal information through the FastSaaS Starter product site and its public demonstrations.
Who is responsible
DRJS Software & Consulting Ltd is the controller for information collected directly through FastSaaS Starter websites and demos. Current operator details are maintained on the company information page. Privacy questions and rights requests can be started through the DRJS contact route.
Information collected
Product website
The product website does not create customer accounts, process payments or run analytics. It stores only a requested display preference and, if optional technology is introduced later, the visitor's storage choices.
Public demo accounts
If you request or create a demo account, the relevant demo processes name, email address, a password hash, account role and status, accepted terms version and time, and account timestamps. Signed-in users may also save example feedback records, utility calculations, simulation runs, data tables, model settings and model files, depending on the demo.
Purchases
Checkout provider / merchant of record: to be confirmed. No payment service or merchant of record is currently appointed through this site. Before paid checkout goes live, this notice will identify any appointed provider and explain the payment, billing, tax, receipt, order identity, licensing and support data it processes or shares.
Security and request data
Railway and the application services may process IP address, request time, route, status, browser details and diagnostic events to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the sites.
Do not enter personal, confidential, regulated or production information into a public demonstration.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Provide requested websites, demos, accounts and saved demo features, based on contract or requested pre-contract steps.
- Fulfil software orders and manage licence entitlement, based on contract and legal accounting obligations.
- Authenticate users, prevent misuse and investigate faults, based on legitimate interests and security duties.
- Respond to support, privacy and legal enquiries, based on legitimate interests and applicable obligations.
- Establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary and proportionate.
FastSaaS does not sell personal information or use demo data for advertising. It does not make automated decisions about people that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Recipients and international processing
Information may be handled by Railway for hosting, databases, storage and operational logs; by any selected checkout or licence provider once enabled (provider to be confirmed); and by configured email or support providers when those features are active. It may also be disclosed to advisers, regulators or public authorities where lawfully required.
A provider may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, the controller relies on an applicable adequacy regulation or approved contractual safeguards and relevant transfer assessment.
Retention
Public demo accounts, records and uploaded data may be reset or deleted during maintenance without notice and are not a permanent archive. Order and licence records are retained for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal periods. Security and diagnostic records are retained only for an appropriate operational period. Password-reset tokens expire after approximately one hour and verification tokens after approximately 24 hours.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Security, children and updates
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. These business and developer services are not directed to children and should not be used by anyone under 18. This notice will be updated before a material change to data use; the effective date identifies the current version.
